Been doing a lot of old school stuff, stuff I haven't done in a while.

The Ramuh KI forums must be completely dead when it comes to posting, but I guess people still read them >.< Need more posting people.

Doing usual BST burns every so often, yada, yada, yada.

Energetic Eruca. We knew we couldn't kill as BSTs so we trained him wayyyy over to pudding camp where some BLM friends helped out.

We caught word that Guivre was up so we went to check it out. Two people were duoing, who eventually wiped. Another group claimed, and wiped. Then we claimed and fought from about 35% to 3% when it was stolen when it went unclaimed from pet swaps by the best linkshell on the server, VIRTUE. Somehow, in their minds, we "stole" from them when their entire group was dead, yet they didn't steal from us we two of our three BSTs were still alive and fighting.

We went back the next day during his window and messed around, and killed Mariachi who was up when we got there.

Guivre ended up popping. We scrounged up some BSTs and killed him. Was a lot better when Ramuhs endgame elite weren't trying to steal. Well, I guess thats the most action VIRTUE was gonna get so they seized the opportunity. Just like when they stole my Citipati. Gotta take what you can get I suppose.

So, uhm, usual stuff I guess.

Tried Amikiri with a total of 4 BSTs. We had 2 VT Familiar'd Scorpions and 2 Demonic Pugils when we attacked. Amikiri opened with Sharp Strike and well, lets just say things didn't exactly go well from there on.

Moving on, the Trolls NMs. Same stuff etc.

And as far as some BST exp goes. A friend and myself tried out a pretty crazy camp. We were getting really good exp for BST in duo, pre-update too.

So after the update I set up a BST Burn for there. Two BST/WHM, two BST/RDM, and two BST/NIN. (Pat didn't know Wamoura were truesound as you can see)

And we got to work.

And also ran into some friends who yielded full drops on the last one.

The exp was good too. Next time might try BSTx5 and BRD for faster pulls and longer chains.

And..

..best of all..

..Speed. Fucking. Belt.

1/1 on the KSNM and have 4 more orbs waiting. Gogogo 5/5 on Speed Belt. Calling it now.

Oh and 5/5 BST too as well as one (well it would be two I guess) obvious, and expensive, upgrade to gear.

And I return to visit my old friend. It is an indescribable feeling to successfully defeat him when people are trying to steal, and then being able to flaunt your winnings in front of them.

The Citipati streak continues.

Xolotl has been his usual fun and sometimes epic self. We tried a new strat of BST/SMNs only on Xolotl himself, but we had him stolen at 40% from pet swaps. They tried to burn him as fast as possible since there were only 6 of them with no real kiters or anything. About 10 seconds after the steal, Charmga :D Let's just say Astral Flow solved our problem as far as they are concerned.

We tried Cactrot Rapido in duo >_>

Merrow No. 5 being her usual bitch self.

The same can be said for Emergent Elm.

As well as Cemetery Cherry.

Dynamis Lord has been being stingy so still no Shadow Mantle Beastmaster. 0/2 on both Shadow items on last two kills.

On the other hand, Dynamis has been good to me.

I was amazed that they dropped twice in a row. They had dropped the prior Thursday and then the following Monday. They went for 270 points Thursday, and 10 Monday. I was lucky enough to have lost the bid for them on Thursday XD

I also managed to finish my final collection of jugs for myself to use as I adventure across Vana'Diel.

And also...The BSTs are back!

Been really busy with other shit and haven't updated in far too long.

First, I'll go over how to kill Ferry fish botters.

A.) Find fish botter.

B.) Wait for Sea Monk to pop.

C.) Place Sea Monk on top of said botter.

D.) Mission complete.

Vabian and I ran into some Troll NMs so we fought those.

Then I soloed them a few times cause Vabian sucks -.-

Then had some BST Cemetery Cherry action.

And even more stingy Citipatis.

And some Xolotls.

Had some fun with Gration.

And the ever so famous Lord of Onzozo.

As well as the notorious Sea Horror.

I've been trying to get my hands on Merrow No.5 as much as possible too.

The always fun Narasimha.

But who could forget about Ose?

Somehow found a two hour unclaimed Roc, with my typical luck, wasn't even worth the trip.

Been a really really long time since last update. This one is filled with lots of shit.

Fraelissa. Like 0/3 now.

Sat on top of some RMT.

Until they wiped and I took and trained it to the other side of the zone.

Aquarius yada yada.

Camped Shii with a friend and which popped first night.

Ran into the Condemned while we were down there and got 2 Shadow Masks.

Then had some Dynamis-Sandy fun.

Lately I've been fighting a lot of HNMs. Starting with Aspi here which is nice to go BST to.

Finally capped club. All thats left for anything on both jobs is Scythe.

Ran into Unut for the first time as well.

Then fought Khimaira a couple times who is really fun.

My kill :D

Some damage. First two are TA only with no DA procs. Third was my only SA.

Then two Sea Horror kills. Easy on BST :D

Ran into Biast after Dynamis too.

Most epic Cerberus ever. RMT wiped at 6% then CFH.

GM :)

4 hours after initial RMT claim and over 6 separate reclaims by various other linkshells who wiped, we claim and kill.

Then had a few various Ancient Goobbue kills.

Good job getting aggro during the picture Vab.

Then did some sky and got some loot.

First I started out my killing RMT.

Witty responses as always.

Then I came across them a few days later. They found a way to beat me and teleported when I started attacking, leaving the Arch Corse on me, but I later stole their Arch Corses who were at 1-50%. Free Iolites to me.

Pure gold.

I win.

Vabian and I duoed some Lamie No.7.

And got nothing as usual.

...was a fucking filthy bitch too.

Got some Dorgerwor the Astute duo action doing on. Filthy bastard dropped shit.

Decided it was time to buy some unnecessary gear.

Then ran into Citipati while hunting RMT.

Nothing.

Then did some Bugbear Matman.

And got some Rutter Sabatons for SAM.

Who won this fight?

We ran into Citipati while we were there between fights but I doubt that I need to tell you if we got the drop or not. You get it by now.

Came across Ancient Goobbue, one NM that I've been wanting to solo ever since I hit 75.

Verdict: Too Weak. Expected him to at least be a challenge, but he really wasn't. Nothing of course.

Fought Jormungand except this time I wasn't on my BST and this time I won.

Overdue Update

Farmed some Pallas and Alky triggers for a day or so. 0/2 on both Alky and Pallas each.

Then soloed Proconsul XII for a friend, involved a lot of jugs.

And of course, no drop.

Then I got a new title.

Then got hired to help an aquaintance with Rostrum Pumps NM.

Xolotl popped in between our pops so we fought him.

He only dropped Zoolater Hat.

Which went to me.

Ran into Peg Powler while checking in on Onzozo.

This axe can't even be NPC'ed so I dropped it.

Then I ran into Ose at like 6 A.M.

Since no one was on, I ended up giving it to some random JP in zone.

Then we attempted Ash Dragon with 3 BSTs.

Which I can say is not possible with 3 BSTs.

Ran into Peg Powler again the next day.

Killed him for his 2,000g pearl and dropped the axe again.

Vabian likes good music.

Fought Dorgerwor the Astute again which went much more smoothly now that I knew about him. Taking screenshots of this guy like this gets you killed, seriously.

Mantle dropped.

Then I dropped mantle.

Bumped into Narasimha.

Two hides blah blah.

Bumped into Aquarius. Trioed with Vab and another exping BST.

And gave it to him.

Expect much more SAM posts and less BST posts to come ;_;

Fought Hellion.

Gave drop to a BST who was there.

Fought Ose.

No drop.

Then after two weeks of waiting I got Riverne - Site #B01 and organized a Soboro Sukehiro run. I got 15 people to help me so we were 16/18. Two other SAMs found out about the run and asked if they could come so I let them as long as I got first.

Final setup was BLM BLM RDM RDM RDM WHM BRD PLD PLD PLD PLD NIN BLU BLU SAM SAM WAR THF

Gathering to head out.

One of the fights. It was really easy with 18 people. Basically a TP Burn since he went down in less than three minutes and everyone was just throwing out as much damage as they could. Only had like 2 deaths in 4 fights.

Drop rate was amazing. Went 3/4 on drops, it didn't drop on the first fight. Entire run took less than two hours from the time we zoned in until the time we zoned out.

Decided to MPK some RMT today. First I trained Soulstealer around zone so that the RMT wouldn't even see him so he would walk back to his pop and aggro them from behind while they had no knowledge that he was even up.

He then got to work.

And did his job well. The other party was smart enough to cast Invisible on themseleves and not assist when the other party called for help.

Fought Ose twice today. 2/2 for the day.

On the second one the THF flagged up for party so I took good care of him.

I prevail again.

Then went back to actually fight Soulstealer this time, no Kard though.

Then I got word that Guivre was up so I went to have a bit of revenge on him after last time.

Win.

No drop though.

Lots of NMs.

First of all, got these in Dynamis-San d'Oria.

Then I did a lot of farming in Phomiuna Aqueducts. Was there for THF which I eventually got after going 1/5.

And got RNG in the process of killing placeholders going 2/2.

Then me and Vabian did some Onzozo shit.

HOLYSHITWTFBBQLOL @ drops.

Then when in Uleguerand Range I ran into this guy.

Then began to solo.

Then when I was about to cast a teleport to escape...

Which obviously resulted in this.

Then I trained some King Buffalo down the cliff and chilled with him about half way down.

Then did two Hakutaku runs.

Then at 10% on the second one a run showed up and was nice enough to create a wall for us.

Then Vabian and I spent our Saturday farming all the stuff we needed for Opo-opo Crowns. We first ran into Woodland Sage.

Who decided to be his usual self.

And of course we wouldn't be good BSTs if we didnt die on Too Weaks.

We finally got them later that night with some decent luck, like 1/1 on Wyvern Skull.

Then went to skill up a bit and ran into this guy.

Which I gave to some JPs in the area.

Then the next day we got some Mariachi in with no drop.

Then later that day fought some Lindwurm.

Which of course resulted in no dagger.

Then I fought this guy for the first time ever, Dorgerwor the Astute.

Who was surprisingly difficult. Hate within the fight is very sketchy. If your pet has been hitting him for 20 hits and you have done nothing to get hate, he will still run at you and attack you for no reason. He used Eagle Eye Shot 5+ times during the fight, once on me.

289 exp WITH pet out. No drop.

Then I ran into Waraxe Beak yet again.

Same old.

Then ran into Leaping Lizzy up and unclaimed while on my way to Bastok. No drop of course.

Then a friend informed me that Amikiri was up and unclaimed and that someone had zoned him. Vabian and I tried to hold while more people arrived to back us up. Hi2u Amikiri.

Went back to Onzozo to see Mysticmaker up and unclaimed.

You can guess.

We were there to camp Ose so we went and did that until he popped.

No drop once again even with TH2.

Been up to a bunch of random crap again.

First I put Dave in his place in Dynamis-Beaucedine.

Then finally fought the Evisceration WSNM.

Which I'll probably never use.

Then after maintenance I went to Onzozo where I saw pretty much every NM inside there up. First I fought Hellion.

And got his shitty Scythe.

Then Ose.

Who did not drop an Assault Jerkin.

Then Lord of Onzozo. A NIN/BST brought him to ~10% then wiped/logged because there were no pets left. There was another BST, a NIN/BST, and myself all fighting separate NMs at the same time.

Then got his best drop again. 2/2 on this guy.

Then played around with Narasimha.

Who only gave up one hide.

Then claimed Mysticmaker about 5 minutes after that.

And got drop on him too.

Then did some Brenner which was the most fun I'd had in a while.

Haven't been up to a whole lot with school and everything. Spent most of the weekend catching up on stuff that should have been done a while ago.

Worked on getting Decimation which should have been done a while ago. Since Rampage > Decimation, I had no real motivation to get it until now.

Then luckily got a pretty big group to help me with the WSNM.

Subpar weaponskill at best.

Managed to get Dagger to cap at 230 in offhand while working on Decimation. I already broke latent for Dagger of Trials and attempted the NM solo but it was just too hard. A 2 houred Very Tough Scorpion only brought it down to 80% HP. I might try again tomorrow even though it will be a long long fight.

While skilling up we ran into a few NMs a couple of times. Hes cake when you train him upstairs.

It dropped and autoed to someone since everyone either had it or didn't want it.

Fought Ellyllon for the first time. Unimpressive.

Nothing.

Then he popped a few hours later.

And this time the worthless piece of shit dropped.

Ran into Fraelissa. No drop.

Then fought my favorite Cock.

Astral Aspis to Dragal for his RDM.

Then soloed the Retribution WSNM for some friends. Pretty easy straight-forward fight if you clear the bombs.

CoP 3-3, Hakutaku Run

Then did another Hakutaku run for 1m. Neosnipe gave us a nice 200k tip for being so fast too. /bow Neosnipe. Probably one of the smoothest runs I've been on too.

So the other day we were doing the first CoP mission for our static so I was fucking around in Phomiuna Aqueducts when this dropped on the second kill. :D

Then we began and started farming the 2 Giant Scales we needed.

Then did the fight with WHMx2 NINx2 BSTx2 which went awesome. 1/1 on Mammets.

Then later that night I was in Wajoam when I saw Zoraal Ja's Pkuucha up unclaimed. Since I couldnt take I just kept going and ignored it basically. On my way back he was still up unclaimed so I asked a BRD in zone if he wanted to team up on it. Him and his THF friend trioed with me.

Both dropped and we lotted. BRD got earring and I got axe.

Lord of Onzozo, Ose, and Narasimha

Was going to see what was going on in Onzozo when I saw Lord of Onzozo up.

I wanted to try and solo but was concerned about Draw-in. I didn't know a whole lot about Draw-in but I attempted to fight and pull him to the Torama area which worked fine.

Neurotic: 1 Lord of Onzozo: 0

Got his very best drop too.

Then Mysticmaker popped. I claimed and held him for a bit as I asked friends and such if they needed him at all.

No one needed so I gave it to another BST who happened to be there just for him.

Then Soulstealer popped after 1 PH kill while we were waiting for Torama repops. He was really hard because he was a THF and no one, including the Torama, could hit him. Would have been a nice solo challenge.

Kard dropped. Gave to Dave for his THF. Actually looks like a decent knife for THF since Dancing Edge is 40% CHR modified.

Then Ose popped and we began fighting.

No drop though. ;_;

Then Narasimha popped. Although Kasumiii was there, I told her not to cure or help me, and she didn't. So then I soloed him.

This is probably the lowest I ever got. He threw me a 255 critical and then I just barely missed being Tail Smashed.

Well today started off pretty normal. I was bored and decided to go mess around in Onzozo, looking for more random NMs. I realized I didn't have a map so I killed Flying Mantas for like 30 minutes before I realized they don't even drop the Chest Key. I then switched my efforts towards Cockatrices and got a key and my map eventually.

Then, I started messing around near Ose. I was killing Narasimhas placeholders and some Ose placeholders to see if either would pop. There was an RMT party nearby and their NIN asked me if they could have Ose. I said ok because I knew for a fact that they did not have what it takes to take Ose. I wanted to watch them claim and wipe.

Then Ose soon popped. I told him that he had popped so he would go claim, wipe, then leave Ose for me to finish off. He started bugging me to party with him to help him kill, but I kept saying no.

I then informed Alatariel that he was up. I didn't really wanna try to solo because last time I did, Ose often went yellow. I'm sure the RMT would have stolen at less than 10% if he did. I waited for Alatariel to arrive before I engaged so they couldn't steal if I got him low.

We then engaged and proceeded to kill Ose. :)

The NIN then kept begging me to let him have the Assault Jerkin. I said he could just to shut him the fuck up.

Then the NIN dropped party when Ose was getting low and flagged up. He then got aggro from a Torama that we were just using as a pet and since he wasn't in party, he 2 houred it.

Assault Jerkin dropped and let Alatariel obtain it before we invited the NIN.

We then invited him and tried to inform him that Assault Jerkin did drop and that he couldn't have it.

He wasn't too happy.

Then he aggroed another Torama and called for help. I then used this current chaos to start casting Teleport-Holla, with the RMT NIN still in our party. XD

I found it funny.

I then dumped him at Teleport-Dem and disbanded party. He said this but sadly a GM never contacted me. He chocoboed to Selbina and took the ship back to Onzozo. I caused them to lose a good 1-2 hours of exp.

So then I went back to Jeuno, did some stuff, and went back to Onzozo a few hours later. I knew that they were killing placeholders and couldn't take Ose so I thought he might be up unclaimed, and he was. I began fighting.

The NIN said this to me when he realized I was back. I still don't know what it means.

There was a Japanese THF and BLM nearby who were there to camp Mysticmaker who turned out to be very nice. They offered to help keep him claimed from the RMT so I invited them and we trioed.

It dropped again and they let me have it in exchange for the Ose Whisker.

Lawlee I'm never going to use this thing...

Then on my way out I was camping Mysticmaker for a few minutes just for shits. The THF and BLM that had helped me showed up so I said that he was all theirs for helping since the BLM needed it. He popped about 10 minutes later while I was looking for another chest and farming some Cockatrices. I got time of death on him and showed up about an hour and a half later. To my surprise, Ose was on widescan again. I ran up to see him just kill off an RMT party which was real nice. I claimed once again for the third time in one day.

Maybe next time you RMT noobs.

Since I had an Assault Jerkin already, I asked a SMN72 in zone if he wanted it because he was pretty much the only person in zone who wasn't RMT. He joined up and we started killing.

The SMN ended up dying at about 25% because he took too much hate. BST and SMN do not mix well on Ose lol. I finished him off with the RMT close by ready to steal.

No drop ;_; Overall 2/3 for the day though, and 2 of the claims were immediate claims in which I did not have to camp for him at all. As always I rubbed it in RMTs faces that I prevailed over them.

Then Mysticmaker popped about 20 minutes after the defeat of Ose. Claimed with the SMN.

It dropped and the SMN let me have it. I really should have let him have it since he could use it more but I have plans on using it in the future.

2/3 on Ose and 1/1 on Mysticmaker in one day isn't too bad at all. :)

Kettenkaefer, RMT, Narasimha, Guivre

Well today was both good and bad. First I begun by farming in Kuftal Tunnel and meeting up with Buddah and Alatariel. I was browsing Wide Scan when I saw Kettenkaefer on it, so I ran down to see what was going on. There was a NIN/WHM trying to solo it with his NPC. The NIN started getting hit so I was throwing him a few cures, then he got aggro from a raptor. I charmed the raptor for him and kept throwing him cures until he ended up dying. Then, Kettenkaefer of course started comming after me. Buddah and Alatariel came to my rescue so that we could train it way way way to the Western Altepa zone. We barely made it with a huge train on our ass.

On our way to zone we passed a few RMT. I guess they didn't know what it was for so I guess a WHM casted something on it thinking it was a money drop NM that they had never seen. This thing hits a 75 for 400+ so the WHM didn't last long. The NIN has actually HP'ed right when he died and zoned in right when we were zoning out to finish it off from 50%. We basically held it and zoned it to him at 50%. If we hadn't it would have regened to 100% and probably depopped on him.

I also figured out how to beat RMT in Zitah. Basically, I run around claiming every Goobbue I can and calling for help on it. I let Carrie tank them all like a champ and keep doing it until no more pop. The RMT are then forced to kill them for no drop in order to get new ones to pop.

Then I was hanging out in Onzozo when Narasimha popped after the second PH kill.

I then kited it to the opposite side of an RMT party and logged out.

I then waited for it to return to them, which it did.

They ended up taking him to about 90% before they warped out. It hit their NIN twice for about 400 each before they did until they realized what they were fighting.

Then, as he was returning to his pop, he suddenly changed his stance to his attack stance, as if I had aggroed him. He didn't move for a good 10 seconds and then began sprinting away from me.

This was way back near zone, he was still chasing someone, but it wasn't me.

It then met up with the RMT that it had originally aggroed. I guess they zoned back in too soon or something and still retained hate. So as they warped out, they lost hate, but then regained hate about 10 seconds later as they zoned back in. They called for help and warped out again.

So then a NIN and RDM claimed him and started killing. I talked to them a bit in tell and told them what I was doing with Narasimha and they shared my interest for killing RMT. So, the NIN forced a lose of connection to lose hate on it and it began to go back to its pop area once again, only the wrong way. I then attacked it and trained it to where it should be so it would encounter the RMT party again and logged out. On the way it encountered a newly arrived Japanese scum sucking party camping Ose as it seemed.

I told them a bit in say what it was doing and they did not happen to share my interest in MPKing RMT.

Then my good friend Dragal informed me that Guivre was up. Kasumiii and I got there and began trioing him. We fought for a bit.

And then a bit more.

And then a bit more.

And then wiped about 20 seconds after this picture at 2%. Some noob SAM claimed the second we died and brought him back to her 3 person mage-less skill up party and died. The other two were able to kill since we did all the work. Thanks noobs. The end.

He popped while duo farming with Kasumiii. I started fighting at about 2:00-3:00 and didn't kill him before day began so he regened to 100%. Then I charmed and 2 houred an Ovinnik which only brought him to about 40% before dying. He regened to 100% again. I ended up holding him for at least 30 minutes.

Realizing that I didn't even want to kill him anymore and didn't feel like waiting, I put him next to some RMT that seemed to be AFK. The RMTs buddy came running up when the NIN was down to about 40% and cured him. They duoed and killed with a close call because of 1000 Needles.

Then we went to The Boyahda Tree and Aquarius was already up waiting for us.

Fransisca dropped. Since I already had it and Kasumiii didn't really want it nor have any job leveled to use it, I asked some RDM/BST who was soloing nearby who was very happy to recieve it.

Been up to a bunch of random crap.

First I hung out with some RMT for a bit in an attempt to claim and call for help Ungur if he did pop. I enjoyed watching them do everything wrong and even Diaing links for them just so they couldn't be slept.

Then their NIN gave me this tell. I still don't know what he meant. Ungur didn't so I called it quits after about an hour.

Then Alatariel and I had some fun with some random Aht Urhgan NMs. Merrow No. 5.

Shit.

Lamie No. 7.

Then this happened.

Then I started attacking our pets.

Shit again.

Then we started fighting Lamie No. 8.

And then we got more shit.

Then RMT showed up and started killing themselves. Alatariel and I didn't know about this particular NM, but to pop Lamia No. 19, someone has to die in a certain area. So, the RMT were just killing themselves over and over to try to get this thing to pop.

Then we had a nice chat with them.

Then we stole.

Then wiped because he summoned 2 skeletons.

Then they gave us both Raise III's even though we stole their NM for a bit. Then we called it a day.
